Your travel and/or tour arrangements provided by Sr. Frogs Tropical Adventures, are subject to all the terms and conditions set forth in this statement. Please read this document as carefully as possible.

A deposit of half payment is due upon confirming your reservation. Balance is due no later than 45 days before departure, for late reservations, for less than 45 days before departure; full payment is due at time of the reservation.

In all cases, land and or air arrangements are subject to availability.

Prices: All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are based on exchange rates at the time of printing and include associated costs relative to product preparation. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy and are not subject to itimation. All prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received.

Land arrangements: Hotels, meals, sightseeing, car rentals, and other land services will be furnished as offered in the description of each package or component, except that the tour operator reserves the right to make alterations as may be mandated by necessities of logistics, scheduling or equipment availability, etc.

U.S. citizens must have a valid passport for entry to Costa Rica and are required to carry proof of identification at all times. Official travel documents such as passports, visa, etc. Are the sole responsibility of the passenger and neither Sr. Frogs Tropical Adventures nor the air carrier is responsible for costs, expenses, or damages, actual or consequential, resulting from the failure of the passenger to obtain a valid passport and / or visa required by the laws of the country or countries of destination. Nor for the refusal of any government or governmental authority to admit the passenger to it's territory for any reason whatsoever.

Package cancellations:
More than 65 days prior departure: Full refund Less than 65 days: NO REFUND These fees are due to cancellation charges imposed by hotels, cruises, tour operators and/or any other suppliers.

NOT INCLUDED: international airfares, airport exit fees, alcoholic beverages, optional excursions, items of personal nature (laundry, telephone calls, personal gifts etc.) tips and gratuities to your guide. All Meals and Tours as specified in your package.

While Sr.Frogs Tropical Adventures avoids unnecessary risks, there are nonetheless risks involved. Please understand that our Costa Rican insurance covers injuries sustained in our operation, under the national health plan. We recommend that you also check with your own personal medical insurance for coverage outside the United States.

Unfortunately car theft is quite common throughout Costa Rica. Please avoid carrying unneeded items and leaving them in the bus instead of your hotel room.Sr.Frogs is not able to buy insurance in Costa Rica on vehicle contents or mysterious disappearance from vehicles.
Sr.Frogs Tropical Adventures must therefore limit its liability to no more than $100 per person for loss of personal possessions.

Sr.Frogs recommends travel insurance for lost or stolen luggage, trip cancellation, and medical emergencies. This is available through your travel agent or travel insurance services.

Sr.Frogs Tropical Adventures, S.A has advised me that there are risks and dangers involved in their adventure expeditions. The dangers include possible injury or death caused by any of the activities provided, including but not limited to biking or driving on public roads, biking or driving off public roads, hiking, swimming, balloon flights and landings, whitewater rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, tree ascents, rock and hill climbing, rappelling, insect and snake bites, power boating, animal bites, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking on or near volcanoes, food poisoning, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, etc.
